Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where are my notes stored? All notes are stored locally on your device. The app does not use cloud sync or external storage.

Q: Can I back up my notes? Yes. Open any note and tap the share button to export as PDF, Markdown, or plain text. Save to Files, email, or any cloud service.

Q: What translations are included? The King James Version (KJV) and American Standard Version (ASV). Both are public domain and bundled with the app for offline access.

Q: Will more translations be added? We’d like to add modern translations like NIV, ESV, NLT, and the Message — but those require licensing agreements with publishers. We’re exploring this for a future update.

Q: How do I delete all my data? Go to Settings → Delete all data. This removes all notes, series, and tags from your device.

Q: Does the app work offline? Completely. The Bible translations and all your notes work without an internet connection.

Q: Is there a version for Android or web? Not yet. Sermon Notes Pro is currently iOS only.
